In order to fully and safely enjoy the wonderfull world of scuba diving it is needed to acquire and master some rules of diving. Rules and theory are not everything but it permits to understand the phenomenons that appear during scuba diving and so to safely practice this acivity . You will find here lesssons which content is mainly equivalent to what is learned inside the theorical section of the FFESSM level 2 course. The goal of these lesssons is to help you to learn rules of diving by offering you visual aid. However these lesssons should not take the place of an adapted trainning given by a certified scuba diving monitor.
