Welcome to Coup de Pouce Plongée : Scuba diving rules and training !

This website offers to help you to acquire the fundamental rules of diving. As I am french, it refers to the FFESSM (the french scuba diving federation) lessons I have received during my scuba diving training. So some differences may exist between these lessons and the ones given by other scuba diving organisms (such as PADI or ANMP). The core of this website is composed of lessons dedicated to the fundamental rules of diving. Each lesson deals with a precise rule and some exercices are proposed to help you to master this issue.

This website is complementary to a suitable scuba diving training in a certified scuba diving organism and should not be taken as a subsitution of the training given by certified scuba diving monitors.

22-08-2008 : after more than 3 years of existence in french langage, Coup de Pouce Plongee is progressively going to be translated in american/english language.
